Car hits pole, injuring driver near Cecil College

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a motor vehicle collision near a college involving an approximately 20-year-old man who struck and split a telephone pole. He appears to have a serious head injury, is somewhat combative, and is being treated by responders while a Medevac landing zone is set up in a nearby parking lot.
