Driver flees after being found slumped at Burger King

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers were advised of a possible impaired or drowsy driver who had been found slumped over the wheel at a fast-food restaurant in North Haven. When awakened, the person reportedly drove off in a black sedan, ran multiple red lights, and headed south on I-91 near Exit 12.
