Suspicious vehicle and verbal harassment at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious black SUV or black Cadillac near Northway Drive and Sandgate Road. A caller reported two younger males sitting in the parked vehicle, accusing him of being an undercover officer and using racial slurs. The caller later reported that the vehicle’s occupants went inside a nearby residence.
