Woman with COPD experiences breathing difficulty without oxygen

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched for a breathing problem at Northwest Highland Court, near Northwest Glencoe Road and Northwest Iron Ridge Place. A 55-year-old female with COPD was initially reported to be without oxygen. The call was later canceled when the oxygen was found.
