Commercial alarm at storage facility, no fire found

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at a storage rental business on Otis Street. The sprinkler system alarm appeared to be a supervisory signal with no active fire or visible smoke, and the control panel was reported to be normal.
