One, can you just start it up to the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Church Street? I just got a complaint on the line stating that he saw a silver Mercedes license plate (number withheld), possibly black males inside the car, driving aggressively, taking out the middle finger and honking their horn at people.Last seen going northbound on Reservoir past Ocean Avenue.
