Woman found unresponsive in suspected drug overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location on Old Village Road in Northumberland for a 33-year-old woman in a vehicle who was unable to talk or move, reportedly due to a possible cocaine overdose.
