Branch arcing on power line near Horton Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of a blown electrical transformer on fire near Maplewood and Horton Street. Responding units later reported a small tree branch arcing on primary power lines, and additional units were canceled while the scene was cleared.
