Man with restraining order reported at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment building on Main Street after a caller reported a male who is reportedly subject to a no-trespass or restraining order was behind the building and might try to get inside. The man was said to have a bicycle near the entrance.
