Man harasses women near tavern on River Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked on a man walking on River Street toward Hanover after concerns about a possible suspicious person. The man had reportedly verbally harassed two women near a tavern, was sent on his way, and the tavern requested that he be formally trespassed from the property. Officers accompanied the women to their residence nearby.
