Called 911 to report his girlfriend advising him the mother of his children sped off with the children in the vehicle, was driving erratically. Last seen on Meadall Street, when she picked them up to take them for her visitation. I believe she's en route back to Connecticut. Caller's concern for the welfare of his children as he was also advised that the mother had her hand on the neck of one of the children.
