Car hits utility pole and brings down power lines

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a car crashed into a utility pole on Union Village Road in Norwich, Vermont. The pole appears destroyed, the transformer is reportedly smoking, and power lines are down from the pole to a nearby house. The driver apparently got out of the vehicle without assistance.
