Reported abduction outside Hometown Cafe

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible abduction of a woman near a cafe on North Main Street, where she was seen getting into a man’s car as a black car pulled up and a white van appeared to follow. The black vehicle’s license plate was also reported over the radio.
