Lift assist needed for officer at Washington Street garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, a lift assist was requested for a duty officer at a lower-level garage near Washington Street in Norwood Young America. Law enforcement was unavailable at the time. Two to three personnel were needed to provide the assist.
