Person falls and has bloody nose near men's restroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical personnel responded to a report of a (person_name withheld) who fell and had a bloody nose near the men's restroom at Gate 8, upper concourse of Joyce Center. The (person_name withheld) was assessed and a cleanup was requested for blood drops near row 12 of section 117.
