Road-rage report: driver brake-checking vehicle with children on Hwy 37

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible road-rage (“highway violence”) incident was reported on westbound Highway 37 near Atherton. The reporting party, in a gray Honda Accord with children, said another vehicle tried to move into their lane and then brake-checked them. The RP later reported they were stopped at the SMART train station parking lot on San Marin Drive and the other vehicle may have turned into the lot as well.
