As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a commercial fire alarm at a large library facility on Vincent Court in Novi. Nothing apparent was showing from the outside, and crews investigated the alarm. During the same time period, another unit was dispatched to a separate medical call for an elderly man who was unable to walk on Bellcomb.
