Suspicious car reported near northwest Locust hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious older gold Toyota Camry driving without lights near a business on Northwest Locust in Oak Grove. The vehicle was seen pulling between trucks and was later reportedly followed briefly and then seen parked at a nearby hotel.
