Reckless motorcycle speeding on State Route 163

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a black motorcycle reportedly traveling eastbound on State Route 163 at a high rate of speed, weaving in and out of traffic near a local county services building. The rider was described as wearing all black with a black helmet and black face shield.
