Report of sexual misconduct near Oak Harbor Intermediate School

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible sexual misconduct involving occupants of a vehicle in the area of Oak Harbor Intermediate School. The caller reported the vehicle door was open and two females were observed speaking out and touching each other; the incident reportedly occurred about five minutes prior to the call.
