Traffic collision on northbound 15 near Oak Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a traffic collision on northbound Interstate 15 between Oak Hill Road and Ranchero Road, near the north off-ramp. Multiple medic ambulances and an engine were dispatched, and one engine was later canceled. A separate medical call for difficulty breathing was reported on Palo Alto Avenue between Alta Vista Drive and Yucca Trail.
