Well-being check for woman with schizophrenia and suicidal history

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to check the well-being of a woman at a residence near Prospect Street after the reporting party expressed concern about her mental health and possible suicidal behavior. The woman was reported to have schizophrenia and to be turning her room into a makeshift medical area.
