Suspicious van parked for hours on Vine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a suspicious white panel van parked for several hours near Fourth Street south of Vine Street. The vehicle’s license plate was checked and reportedly came back clear to a 2015 Ford van.
