Reckless driver in SUV nearly hits pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible reckless driver in a black SUV near Arrowhead Drive and Jermantown Road after the vehicle reportedly ran a light and nearly hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk before heading toward I-66.
