Report of possibly stolen BMW on Highway 29

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies broadcast a be-on-the-lookout for a possible stolen BMW utility vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 29 near Oakville Cross Road. The reporting party, who had previously been arrested and wants his car back, was associated with the incident. Vehicle and driver information from Napa was shared with units over the radio.
