Fire alarm at Oberlin College Woodland Housing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a general fire alarm at a college housing building on Woodland Street in Oberlin. Engine 42 reported a four‑story structure with possible signs of smoke or fire from one side of the building and began investigating while taking command of the scene.
