Large fallen tree blocking Lancaster Ave roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area of Lancaster Avenue and Hillcrest Avenue for a report of a large tree completely blocking the roadway. It was reported that the tree did not appear to have struck any power lines.
