Train near Washington Avenue reported throwing sparks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were briefly dispatched to a report of a train near Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs that was throwing sparks and possibly on fire. The call was later canceled after contact with the rail company confirmed it was a rail grinder operating as expected.
