Dog lying in roadway near Idlewild and Trade Wind

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a dog lying in the roadway near Idlewild Boulevard and Trade Wind in Ocean View. The caller earlier saw the dog alive and described it as a medium-sized mixed breed with white, gray, and brown spots. There were also other animal complaints in the area, including a dog reported barking for many hours.
