Man throwing rocks at vehicles on Coral Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a woman near Coral Street reporting a male suspect who was reportedly throwing rocks and hitting vehicles. The suspect was associated with a black Toyota with a silver camper and was later last seen heading toward the highway, while another involved vehicle was described as a white 4Runner.
