Single-vehicle crash on Highway 64 mile marker 11

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible traffic incident near mile marker 11 on Highway 64, just west of the river takeout. Radio traffic indicates there was no entrapment and a female driver was out of the vehicle, and EMS was later canceled.
