As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services dispatched to Grandview Care Center on 805th Street Southeast for a 46-year-old male who is conscious and breathing after a possible seizure. Staff requested transport to the ER and advised responders to use the side entrance. Patient reportedly has Parkinson's disease.
