Woman overdoses on pills at Oelwein residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and law enforcement were dispatched to a home near 5th Avenue Southeast in Oelwein for a reported overdose involving a 39-year-old woman who had apparently taken a large amount of prescription pills, including gabapentin, and was upstairs in the residence with family while still breathing.
