Reckless driver swerving in construction zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an older blue sedan swerving in and out of lanes in a construction area near the exit ramp to Fulton Street in Ogdensburg, Wisconsin. The caller said the vehicle nearly hit construction barrels before pulling off to the side of the exit ramp.
