Officer checks abandoned vehicle near Yellow Bear

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer investigated a parked vehicle reported along the northbound lane near Yellow Bear in Oglala Lakota County. The registered owner was not found at the scene, and the officer checked the roadway to see if the person was walking nearby.
