Woman having seizure and possible stroke at Burris Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to a location on Burris Road near Ohio City for a 43-year-old woman who reportedly had a seizure and later showed possible stroke symptoms. She was reported to be conscious and breathing when units were paged a second time.
