Elderly resident reports unknown man inside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Roberts Street in Oil City after a caller reported that an elderly resident ran outside saying there was a man in the house. The caller waited in a white vehicle nearby while officers checked the residence, which was later reported as secured on the west side.
