Single car hits guardrail on I-64 near Oilville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible single-vehicle crash on I-64 eastbound near mile marker 168 by Oilville, where a dark sedan apparently struck the guardrail. Fire and medic units responded, found one person with minor issues who declined EMS, and reported vehicle front-end damage but no hazards. Separately, a unit reported striking a deer on Carver Road and remained on scene awaiting a deputy near Taylor Road.
