Officer checks suspicious car on Monarch Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was dispatched to check on a suspicious black car with tinted windows parked on the curb near Monarch Lane in Lansing Township between a residence and Skipper Lane. The vehicle was not running and it was unclear how long it had been there.
