Person threw axe toward Olalla Bay Market

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medics were sent to an unwanted person call near a market by Crescent Valley and Olalla Bay. The subject was previously reported to have thrown an axe across the channel toward a business, with the axe said to be left on the nearby beach.
