Suicidal subject reported with arm injuries after attempting to jump in front of a vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to an apartment near Park Ave (apt 5) for a suicidal subject after a disconnected call. The caller (name withheld) reported he wanted to commit suicide and had attempted to jump in front of a moving vehicle. Officers later reported the male had injuries to his arm; EMS was requested and then canceled as law enforcement advised they would transport him (destination unclear from audio).
