Vehicle blocking driveway on State Route 28

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a woman in a black SUV blocking a private property entrance near State Route 28 in Old Forge. The driver reportedly refused to speak with the property owner. Officers conducted a vehicle stop nearby and checked the vehicle and driver information.
