Tractor-trailer incident on I-40 near Old Fort

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a possible tractor-trailer crash on I-40 westbound near Old Fort around the 69-mile marker. Units were dispatched to assist, and help was reportedly already on the scene.
