As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews, police, and emergency medical staff responded to a reported outside gas leak near Waterbury Avenue and Middletown Avenue, where a propane tank appeared to be actively leaking and gas odor was entering a home. Multiple units checked the building, including roof and basement areas, and at least two patients were evaluated, with (number withheld) person transported by ambulance. The scene was ultimately turned over to police and a propane company was requested to handle the tank, with no further hazards reported by the fire department.
