Transcript:
Yeah, we're out with a 68-year-old female history of COPD and CHF. (name withheld) woke up this morning and about 0,700 started having some slurred speech. We arrived on teams and seemed anxious presenting with slurred speech. The rest of the negative fast on her, but I believe that anxiety exacerbated her COPD popped around 15 liters on re-breather, which seemed to improve and kind of catch up and help with their exacerbation. Last blood pressure we have is 180 over 90. Heart rate of 100 regular respiration is 24 now, setting at 99 originally at 87 on our nasal cannula at home. Blood glucose of 194. We're going to try to winger down to 6 liters nasal cannula, and if that stay steady, we'll send her BLS. We're just arriving now.
