I've been working with kids from ages infant to 22 for 55 years from the juvenile system to group home so taking kids on visits you name it I've done it and now in the schools for almost 25 years and you're right I'm ready to retire nobody is held accountable anymore and it's a lot worse now than it's ever been when my children were growing up
