Aspen Grove Apartments in front, see (name withheld), states, vehicle parking lot left with a small child. are left without a small child who has been trying to get into the vehicle. It's a five or six-year-old, black female, blue shirt, no pants, underwear, nonverbal walking into one of the buildings by herself. Looks like she's going into 6303 North 94 Plaza to an apartment on the third floor. Caller believes there is an adult on location with the child now. Caller located the child's pants outside has not been returned to a child yet. He didn't continue to verify the safety of the child.
