Man chasing woman near Omak Walmart bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible disturbance near a bridge just south of the Walmart in Omak, involving a female in a red shirt running away from a male carrying a metal detector and possibly screaming at her. It is unknown if any weapon is involved.
