Man with head injury and behavioral changes in Onalaska

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were staged near Centralia Alpha Road and nearby side roads in Onalaska for a reported male with a possible head injury and behavioral changes who left a residence on foot. Law enforcement was in the area attempting to locate the person while medical units waited nearby.
