As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on Lynn Street in Onaway for an elderly woman in one unit who was reportedly being a nuisance and threatening to burn the building by turning on the stove and oven with items inside. Dispatch also noted a possible related residence on Major Douglas.
